Sounds like an invitation for the SAS to practice hostage rescue. Why not just ask UK authorities to detain the person in question?
So, presumably they wouldn't have a problem with us, or anyone else, kidnapping American citizens who were wanted for a crime. Especially if the law permitting that also dated back to the 1860's. :irvine: Both our laws and Iran's laws are a lot older than the 1860's. :flypig:
The right or not, they would do it however we have to know the result for tit for tat. What's good for the goose is good for the gander etc.
