Medal ribbon question.

Major General Sajjad Ghani of the Pakistani Army, interviewed in this clip appears to be wearing a D.F.C. ribbon, am I mistaken?

I believe it is the Wiladat-i-Quaid-i-Azam

Well nice ribbon anyway ,as to the medal and what its for . Not in our army
