This past weekend I had a chance to go to the Spirit of the Jerseys History fair in Washington Crossing, NJ. This event is worth marking down on your calendars!

Our dear Colonials were very well represented, as you can see:

    Linda,

Thanks for sharing the photos with us, and giving us a flavour of the event. I trust you enjoyed yourself.

    Best wishes,

It was great, Mark! You really had a chance to sit down and spend time with the folks. Many of the re-enactors/living historians were really into the characters they portrayed, which made it all the more fun. What's a shame is that it's only a one-day event.

Bring your camera to Bordentown. Lots of proper British, German, and provincial troops for photo ops.
Bye the bye, in what unit are you a Sgt? Uncle Ben

    Hey Ben!

Bringing my camera with me is precisely what I plan on doing. ;D I'm praying that the weather will hold up and be nice -- not too hot!

:) I'm a retired SFC (Sergeant First Class) of the 63rd Army Band, NJ Army National Guard. If you know JJ Newberry, his wife was also a member of that unit.
