    yep that's my family church. unusual to see it without any of Mr Rush's corn dollies up! If we weren't getting wed at christmas I would have chosen harvest time when Mr Rush fills it with his corn dollies.

    Must change the date at the start, wedding is now moved to next year due to lack of money. ha! Trust me not to get a rich older man. pfft!

    I'll get the external linked up and post my pics of the church in the snow.

    Mr Rush is about the last person who can make all the different variations now, he's also a lovely chap.

    a nice shot of astbury taken from the church hall. its amazing to think this church is about 500 years old, even older underneath it i think. was the mother church for congleton before the reformation, then in the early 18th century the mother church became Saint Peter's.

    Have you had a look at the ancient yews in the churchyard? And yes i have done all of the wargraves and extras in the old and new yards. Am just missing one.
