The 24-year-old allegedly made sexual motions toward a metal railing and said something to the effect of, "I'm going to have sex with that fence," the prosecutor is quoted as saying in the Telegraph. "The suggestion that I was trying to do something sexual to the railings is disgusting," said French, according to the Telegraph.
