    Hi I need your help!!!!!!!!

A friend of mine has recieved a letter from her daughters school.
They are having a WW2 day, and the kids need to dress up, it sounds great.

Any ideas what the kids can wear?

    Cheers

Loads of bandages wrapped round head, arm in sling, tomato ketchup for lots of gore AND a mock newspaper placard pinned to her waist that says:
DAILY NEWS: FIRST BOMBING RAIDS ON LONDON !

    Oh dear!!!!!!!

That would be a great one for a fancy dress wouldn't it.

I dread to think the mess the kids would get in with the ketchup, and the schools health and safety wouldn't allow it.
    Incase they slipped :noidea:

    boy or girl?

boys would be short trousers, socks and sensible shoes. A button shirt with a tank top over it, then probably a jacket. cap. hair neatly combed and parted.

Girls are similar shoes and socks. knee length skirt, blouse and cardigan, again probably a jacket and a hat. Hair in plaits.

Of course that should nicely annoy them.

Add to this a gas mask size box on a long length of string to be worn over the head and across the front handbag style. Then a brown luggage label (WHSmith sell them) with name, DOB and departure/destination written on it as an evacuee.

of course thats a young child up to about 13ish. but should be fine. They need to hit all of the charity shops within a 25mile radius to get what they need.
