Besides Yorktown, the only AWI battlefields I've been to are in New England and New York.

Boston's North End (where many of the events leading to war occurred)
    Lexington & Concord
    Breed's/Bunker Hill
    Ft. Ticonderoga
    Ft. Stanwix
    Oriskany
    Saratoga

Have only visited Yorktown, Monmouth, Castine (Maine) and Ft. Laurens (Ohio), of which I would say Yorktown is the most interesting to visit. However, from a military history standpoint, I find Saratoga the most interesting followed by Monmouth.
