war diaries

    I bought the 1st Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers war diary from the National Archives , the 2 weeks I,m researching appear to be missing, is this normal with war diaries or is it an error on the Archives part ?

    Francis Cecil Hitchcox. He originally enlisted with his Local Regiment the Sherwood Foresters,later being transfered to the 1st Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers.Service Num 20364.Buried in the Military Cemetary at Etaples.Grave Num XXX111.E.214 .- ETAPLES MILITARY CEMETERY Country:France.died on the 7th April 1918
