Hello,...I recently found this photograph in between the pages of an old book that I purchased. I would very much like to know which Military Branch of Service this is and approximate year, and if anyone may have an idea of who the Officer is that is inspecting the rifle, and the location. The uniforms, rifles, the way the rifle is being held ready for inspection, all indicate the USA. That's as much help as I can give you.
