The Internet Archive is a site I regularly check for new additions. Although biased towards US and Canadian books, presumably due to more relaxed copyright laws, there are gems to be found.
The books are scanned in full, no annoying missing pages.

Here are a few titles from the catalogue that are sitting on my hard drive:

The Regiment Roll of Honour and War Record of The Artists Rifles.
With the RAMC at the Front.
A Short History of the 39th (Deptford) Divisional Artillery.
Three Years in France with the Guns.
The "Second-Seconds" in France (2/2 City of London Field Ambulance).
With the 29th Division in Gallipoli.

    Happy downloading,

    Hi Phil

I agree it is an excellent resource and not just for regimental histories.

There are books on poets such as Siegfried Sassoon and Henry Lawson, the development of tactics as the war went on, the politics of the time and other non-military history such as the Armenian genocide. I have to admit, it is sometimes not the easiest place to search but it is definitely worth it.

I have even found one for Annie :)

The story of the Munsters at Etreux, Festubert, Rue du Bois and Hulloch (1918)
