Just spoken to the nice Lady at Savannah Publications. She tells me that in a couple of months another edition of "Prisoners Of War Naval and Airforces of Great Britain and The Empire 1939-45" will be available. I for one have had a great deal of trouble locating a copy since it has been out of print.
That's excellent news. I too spoke to the lady a couple of weeks and she is, indeed, very nice. I was trying to convince her to republish the two volumes on the DFC citations Sadly, a number of their books go out of print rather quickly and then the vultures pop up. The DFC book is being sold on places like Abe for as much as £500!!! Keep us informed Brian, and I will certainly be purchasing a copy when it is available
Savannah Certainly will K. I originally spoke to the Lady during the Summer? when she told me the new edition was under consideration. I was told to ring back late Autumn.
