I have been quietly working away on a new design in my spare moments over the last few weeks, nearly done and ready to code the design. Will give you all a sneak peak at the weekend once I polish it up.

May I also thank Lee. Although I have little experience of forums, I do have some concept of the work involved to produce this. There is no comparison between this well presented, professionally administered site and our local village website which has very bad tempered, provocative posts and is constantly hit with foul images which seem to take ages to erase. Pain to be there, pleasure to be here. Thanks Lee and all of you too.
I am going to be uploading several files and templates for the new design tonight so I may close the site for 5 minutes whilst I do it. Alteratively you might just see the site running slow for the time. I wont do it until later tonight though until fewer people are on.
Has anyone got any colour preferences before I finalise the design? I can change it to pretty much anything at this stage.
As someone who had dabbled a tad in the design of a website, I can understand how much work you put into this project. I can only echo the previous comments. :clapping: Regards Hugh
Present colour is great. You go from this to other forums and they are much darker. This colour is very easy on the eyes.
Thats good, my colours are fairly similiar on the new theme. Just tying it into other designs I am doing, all will be revealed soon Been working a lot on this and a couple of other sites, its all good for WW2
