Hello all, Thank you for asking about me. I have been researching my father's WWII for two years. I wrote an article about my first year of research that was published in the Silent Wing Museum Newsletter: http://people.highline.edu/poverman/SearchforLeeWhitmire.pdf I have since met a person in my dad's glider, found out everyone who was in the glider and most of what happened after landing glider 134 in LZ-S. I just posted a request to find the name of the Survey crew of the 681st GFAB who they ran into on their way to the CP.
