What software does this site run on?? phpBB or other?

Our Canadian CEF site is suffering from severe melt down these last few weeks and it is starting to look more and more like it is the software. The site runs on phpBB2.

This site is FAST! Help required from the Commonwealth!!

phpBB have just updated to number 3, so seems like your admin needs to get it updated fast. Other than that i would suggest the last rites.
