Forum Changes! - PLEASE READ

I am currently updating the forum software and also updating the look of the site to make it work better with the new software enhancements.

During the next couple of days the look may be odd, things will look out of place and so on. Please bear with us during this time as the forum will stay open while I do it so you can all still visit.

Still a few items not working as they should but I am sorting them out, notably the box you type your replies into has all the icons missing

 

and it seems to have gone widescreen on me. I don't have a widescreen monitor either which is interesting.

Correction the portal page is widescreen, forums seem to be fine

 

Can you explain please, widescreen means nothing to me.

 

it means on the portal page i have to move the bar across at the bottom to see the right hand column of boxes. on the forums pages the entire thing fits into my screen fine. I'm on firefox

Can you tell me your Screen Resolution?

 

Large blank margin on left. 19inch widescreen running at 1280x960

Same here. I have a 22 inch wide screen monitor and the portal page dose no fit it, I have to use the bar at the bottom of the page to see the right hand side.

 

Just checking the code again, it must be something simple, its not happening on my screen.

 

Any Better now?

 

Sorry, no different. Portal far too wide, threads OK, they fit the screen.

Still same for me, portal to wide forum is fine.

 

Could someone please post an image of the bottom of the forum on the portal page, as I cant see it I am not sure if its maybe something out of line, and it may be lurking at the bottom.

 

ah, its ok, I see it now using opera.
