    Hi all,

I'm trying to find out as much information as I can about my grandfathers RAF career. I know he joined the RAFVR in April 1939 and was killed on the 29th December 1944 whist flying Hawker Tempest JF-V , EJ803. He was in 3(f) Squadron for over a year flying both Typhoons and Tempests. His early career was with 247 Squadron flying Gloster Gladiators in 1940. Then had a stint in various OTUs and training other training units. He was credited with 12 V 1s.

I'm interested in any info about his time in the force , and also if there are any records about the day he died , is very much like to see if there are any German records.

His name was Malcolm Finney Edwards 133358.

    Thank you very much
    James
