Does the Army still claim both sides?

When I was in the Army in the early 1970s the Army displayed battle streamers from both the Union and Confederate armies and claimed Southern units. I met members of Mosby's raiders, then a Va. guard unit, which apparently wrecked havoc in Nam. I understand that they were one of the best "special forces" units. Does the Army still fly confederate battle streamers on its Flag? I know that Southern strategies are studied. Any comments?

There is a streamer for Confederate units as well as Union... both blue and gray, with the position of the stripes switched. I'm not 100% sure if the Army still uses it, but I can't really think of why they wouldn't at this point if it was being done in the 70s. Hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.
