Another movie from my list of favourites. It's a story of Jewish brothers who escape into the Belarussian forests, where one of them joins Russian resistance fighters and the other one builds a village in the forest in order to protect about 1,000 Jewish non-combatants. The movie contains a lot of good action footage but still shows other things, like moral dilemmas, love etc.. Be sure to check it
I loved that movie. Very inspirational story of brothers fighting an unprecidented evil and coming out victorious.
Yeah, it's pretty touching and different from other war movies. And the guerrilla style war in the forest against outnumbered nazi army? Well it's pretty badass.
