    Son of Edwin and Milicent Agnes Thomas-O'Donel, of Newport House, Newport, Co. Mayo; husband of Violet Thomas-O'Donel (nee Braddell).

    I found out from John that there is no full entry in Bond of Sacrifice but it does add that he was "killed by a shell" and "Our Heros the Irish " book adds that he was an only child and was battalion Adjutant
