This site is designed for enthusiasts of aviation history. It provides access to a directory of the major aircraft pilots of the First World War. All sides are covered, including the RAF and Luftwaffe, with details of name, rank and famous missions. Also accessible is a directory of WWI aircraft with specifications and some details of their usage. The site also offers lists of books for further reading.

While it's unseen, I have to wonder about a Great War site that mentions the Luftwaffe, a force that wasn't formed until after the Nazis came to power in 1933. The First World War German Army air service was the Luftstreitkräfte.
