    We rarely hear of the part the Colonial soldiers played in the war ... I came across this and thought it may be of interest ! :)

    608,209 French Colonial soldiers were involved in the war 14-18 and one of the last survivors was ........

    Abdoulaye N'Diaye 10-11-1998, 104 years Thiowor, 200 km north of Dakar (Senegal), he was the last tirailleur Senegal.
