I'm trying to track down more information on the Canadian reserves set up in 1915. My friend's great grandfather was gassed at the Somme and we are trying to figure out where he was and which hospital he may have been treated at. I have found out that it was absorbed in the the 8th Reserve Battalion so far, but any further advice on where to look will be appreciated.
