I have missed the quiz section on here and thought its about time we started a new line of quizs to get the threads moving again. So here goes.

What were the two types of Gliders used during the Arnhem drop in September 1944?

If you answer this one please post a question and so on.

    Cheers

Well done Geoff, go to top of the class. Now its your turn to ask the question. Don't forget not to make it too hard as some of the members don't have the same level of knowledge that some of us do.
    Cheers

    Hi GW,

Sorry about the invisibility. Only the reply from Kitty showed on my screen. I forgot to reload it.

    You are the winner.

I am led to believe nearly 8,000 in all models compared to the Churchill about 7,500 or 25% of all tanks produced during the war were Valentines.

    Please ask the next question.

    Hey all,
There was a raid on a village, this was supporting the main raid on Dieppe.
Please name the village that was involved.

    Cheers
