SMS Hindenburg sinking. Originally raised in 1926, a few days later she was sent back to the bottom by a gale, costing the salvage company £30,000. She was raised again in 1930 by the same company. 800 holes had been plugged in the first attempt, 300 of these having to be re-sealed on the second successful attempt.
