I’ve got propeller off Spitfire that crashed in park - Liverpool Echo.co.uk

The aircraft in question seems to be Spitfire IIa P7533, originally of 66 Squadron but was an 57 OTU aircraft when abandoned and crashed Parkside Birkenhead 14-10-42.

Well done mate. I admire people with such tremendous research skills.

I'm flat out tracking down the car in the carpark after 2 hours sometimes.:)

    Cheers

Cars are trickier! I had my last car for 3 years and couldn't remember the registration number for most of that period :)

But after having a look through the Spitfire list, the above turned out be much easier!
