Hello all. Can anyone recommend a book or books that cover the merchant marine of the combatants of the Second World War? I'm looking for a text that covers both Allied and Axis forces and gives at least a general overview of their history, service, traditions, experience during the war years, etc. I have done a decent amount of reading on the US Merchant Marine, but have very little knowledge of those from other nations.
