    Hi All,

I'm not sure if this link has surfaced before. (Apologies if it has)

It's a website relating to Australians that have served including anecdotes in their own words.

When I left the Perth office of my company to move to Melbourne, a new researcher started by the name of Sergei De Silva. I had seen his CV and noted his active military history research. Turned out he was one of the people who did the interviews for Australians at War. However, I had remembered him from a documentary about the search for HMS Hermes and HMAS Vampire off Sri Lanka as he talked about some of the Japanese raids on the then Ceylon.

He's since left the company but I'd like to track him down one of these days. Interesting guy.

    Small world, isn't it Andy.

No doubt he would have had some interesting interviews in his time.

    Cheers
