Just to let you know that the Australian War Memorial's digitisation project for AIF unit war diaries is now complete for all sixty of the infantry battalions for WW1. They are available to view and download for free at Australian Army war diaries - First World War This now compliments the infantry brigades as well as the division and corps diaries. This is part of an ongoing project to digitise and make available all the war diaries of the AIF. It will probably take through to around late 2009.
