Hello all. As many may know, there was a secret government document created by the Empire of Japan entitled An Investigation of Global Policy with the Yamato Race as Nucleus. It was not discovered until after the war. The text spans six volumes and 3127 pages, so it isn't a short body of work. My question is this; has this work ever been translated, hopefully with annotations, into English? If so, where would it be available? The reason I ask is that it could be a fascinating glimpse into the thinking of the Empire at that time. Thanks.
