Americans during WWII in Cebu, Philippines

    During the World War II Filipinos served alongside Americans in the Philippines to fight the Imperial Japan, not for America but to free the Philippines from occupation after the Japanese invaded the Philippines.​
    I am not sure if these images has been posted.

    Yeah what happened in the Philippines back then resembles the one in Germany a little. People in the death march looks the same as the people in the Nazi concentration camps. Too bad all of these had to happen..

    Great collection of World War II photos from Cebu! Cebu was badly damaged, just like Davao, Manila, and Iloilo, during the bombing for liberation from Japanese rule.

    Very inth infantryteresting photos,my papaw was a field medic at a hospital in the phillipines somewhere between 1945 and 1949,136th infantry regiment,his name was Julius Adkins.Any info you can share is appreciated.
