Thanks Kyt, I'll have to ask a mate in NZ if he could keep an eye open for this doco and possibly tape it for me. Re the book, if you can get hold of a copy, do yourself a favour and grab it. It is phenomenally well put together and even just laying your eyes on it for the first time makes you realise it's a worthy read - it just looks and feels right (the cover is beautifully done). It's been catching my eye on the shelf a lot recently so will most likely be the next one I read. What I have read on numerous flick throughs is harrowing, emotional and awe-inspiring.
