You are looking absolutely dapper Aghart!! I normally envy no human on earth, but this time I would indeed like to be you at least for a short while. Dummy me, I could have watched the link first and then told you what I thought about it. Oh well!! Enjoy yourself!

Lookin' good, @aghart , lookin' good! Sadly the link is not working for me... oh wait, skip that, the "h" at the beginning of the link is missing... when I added it, I was led to the video so I'll go watch it now. :)

Not strictly on topic, but for you Kate, a photo of The Shard in London at midnight as 2015 arrived.

wow Aghart!! I have been waiting for your poppy to show up almost, I think, as much as you! Unfortunately, the links do not work for me. Maybe my other computer though. I will try a little later. Apples and Windows are still not good partners.
Now, you will have to go out and get a fitting viewing cabinet to better boast of your piece of history. I do not know what the links could be to because the pictures you have already taken are just fine. I blew up the poppy picture and it is absolutely stunning. Great joys and good job Aghart!

Okay, about the links I mean. I tried on the other computer but came up with the same blank page so I think you are right Aghart about the pictures being the links. Again, thankyou ever so much for bringing a little more grace and ceremony to this side of the "pond."

How beautiful! Does London celebrate at midnight much like NYC does with crowds of people? I've wanted to head for NYC's New Year's Eve festivities for years now but just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. Most of the time I'm sleeping before midnight arrives... as was the case this year. (But don't tell... makes me sound wimpy!) o_O

I see you got your poppy! What a treasure you hold there... and nice presentation they have for it, too.
