    Hi All,

I had a great day at the Australian War Memorial today.

Of note is the post-1945 exhibition and within that is featured a Gloster Meteor that my father flew on a dozen, or so, missions in Korea. (A77-368)

Here's a photo of me showing the Meteor to one of his grand-daughters that he didn't live to meet.

I think she's a recent addition to the Museum?

    Yes Andy,

The Meteor has been in storage for some time but is now on display as part of the new post-1945 section.

    Cheers

You and your daughter will be proud of the man that flew one.......that is all that counts.

    Who's up for that?

Okie dokie. You bring the entertainment as long as you're not singing.

    I'll be up for that!

Maybe we could tie it in with an air show at Point Cook or something similar?

    Cheers
