I just went to the theatres and and seen the movie Valkyrie, it was the best movie I ever seen!!!!!!!, I am going to set up a pool on whether you liked the movie or not. There was nothing unrealistic about the movie I researched and found out they did not do anything wrong history wise that I could tell. People said that the movie was okay if you imagine that it wasn"t Staufenberg trying to kill Hitler, and if you imagine that it was Tom Cruise killing Hitler then it"s fine, but I asked them if thery seen the movie and they didn"t. On a scale 1-10 I rate it at a 10.op2::nitro: You would have to go to the movies to see it so I will be patient for replies. Because people will only realy start seeing the movie after tha movie is out on DVD.
I thought it had been delayed again. So it's out in the States? I don't think it is anywhere else yet. But not being a cinema goer I doubt I'll go to see it. Not even sure I want to watch it on DVD,
Attention the Greatest movie ever is The Movie Valkyrie!!!!! It was out in the U.S on the day of Christmas, I went to see it on the day after Christmas. Thought about going to see it on Christmas but the dinner and all that stuff took way to long.:hungry: All the actors did great except the person thaty did Hitler he only did okay. I thought they could have found someone a little better for Hitler.:attention:
The poll says that 2 people like it vs. o people don"t like it. That is how I thought it would go anybody that seen the movie will like it. It was just so action packed.
This article from the Daily Telegraph compares "Valkyrie" and its hero Stauffenberg with the film "Che" , about Che Guevara. The writer asks why in certain sections of the Western world today, Che Guevara is seen as a hero, with his face adorning Tshirts and posters, whereas he was actually a murdering so-and-so, whereas Stauffenberg is largely forgotten, even though he gave his life in a bid to free his country from a dictator. It is a sad reflection of our time that Che Guevara is seen as a hero - Telegraph
You have got to see it!!!!!!:director:! I hope you are going to like it I"m sure you will.:gathering:
It's been released here, but my wife certainly won't want to see it and it feels weird going on my own. I'll get it on DVD, or on the Digital TV on-demand service when it comes out in a few weeks and report back then!
I'm the same as AR. Jodi hates Tom Cruise so no chance of going to see it with her. Me want to see the aircraft footage though...
