    Some of these guys are pretty talented writers, hey Geoff? I've read little bits of Patrick Gibbs' books and been most impressed and even quite moved. Of course, he went into publishing after the war and wrote movie/theatre/book reviews for many years. They're my next reading on the list and I'm really looking forward to them.

    Indeed, in addition to the low level work over France etc (photo collection is phenomenal), gives an excellent insight into early low level work in the Med. I reckon it would be an excellent precursor when read in conjunction with Armed Rovers, Torpedo Leader et al (I think I'm obsessed with low level twins in the Med!
