    Opps this is the one i watched this morning, i'll have to watch the other one now, darn, lol. Super programme this and well researched. Well done Clarkson for hosting a great WW2 programme. Well done Kyt on posting this one.

    Thank you for posting those links, Kyt. Enjoyed watching the programmes. Brave men and thank God for them.

    Incidently, the Commando's trained in Achnacarry, Spean Bridge not far from where I live.

    I wish it was, this is Souter's Lass and she does a good trade in the summer months running up and down the Loch.

    Still haven't done Ben Nevis despite being at her base several times. Snowdon was my last conquest in the British Isles but that's got a decent path up (went up the Pyg Trail)!

    Hi Spidge, yes we are lucky with the scenery here and really lovely when the sun shines, I just wish it would shine a bit more up here. :)


    Don't worry you are in good company, I have never been up either and I live here. They do say that local people don't appreciate what's on their own door steps.
